Packaging
Most of our plants are already established in pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden.
Our packaging has been carefully selected to suit each plant and to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Most are packed into individual boxes as they travel better that way, but we do try to despatch them at the same time so that they are delivered together. Sometimes, they may arrive at a separate time, or even on separate day.
Wherever possible we use recyclable or compostable packaging and we regularly review our methods and suppliers for the best products available to us.
Most importantly we personally select the best plant available at the time of your order processing and then hand pack every plant, with care, ourselves.

We currently deliver only within the UK excluding the following areas:-

We charge just £7.95 on per order, regardless of quantity of plants or value.
We do not generally guarantee any despatch or delivery times, but do our utmost to get your plants to you as quickly as possible. when we receive your paid order we usually pack and despatch within a couple of working days.
Should you require a specific date or a faster service, then please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate most requests.
We despatch Monday to Thursday, to avoid weekend delays and to minimise the time your plants are in transit.
We always try to notify you of any undue delays.
We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and APC (Alternative Parcel Company) to despatch our parcels and they usually deliver within 2 working days. We advise that you unpack your plants as soon as you receive them.
