Returns Policy

RETURNS

 

If you wish to return an item to us, whether it’s because you have changed your mind or there is a problem with it, please contact us with the order details and reason for return. We kindly request that regardless of the reason for the return, you keep the original packaging.

WHAT TO DO

 

If you wish to return an item which you have received, you have 28 days to return it to us. You must contact us in the first 14 days to advise that you intend to return it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

Please note, we do not refund the original delivery cost or reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

 

If your item was damaged in transit, is faulty or an incorrect item please contact us within 14 days

 

 

PLANTS

 

If you receive a plant that you believe is in bad condition, please contact us immediately, but no later 14 days after it’s arrival. We request that you email us a photograph of the plant so that we can review it.

 

Please bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. If you have chosen a deciduous shrub or climber in winter, its going to look pretty bare. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong, it’s just that it is out of season and will perk when the weather does in spring.

 

Many perennial plants won’t even show above soil level in a pot during the winter. However, if you are concerned, contact us with a photograph of the plant and we can asses whether there is a problem.

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK if the delivery was to an address in the UK. In the event of a delivery to an address in the UK, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English and Welsh Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
